Fix:Spam press both the OK button and the numbers

Well i kind of found some bugs and since i have nothing else to do im listing some of them
- Items like Bsoda in cafeteria are impossible to pick up
- You can think pad OK button is bugged (can be fixed by rotating your phone tho)
- Balloons in demo style don't work
- Can't type minus or "-" in You can think pad
- Can't choose anything on the pause menu
Can't blame tho since the update released only a few hours ago
Fixes for them:
-Yea they are impossible,not my problem tho,its shit from the code
-Press it many times
-They work,however walk/run while trying to pick them up
-Press minus after the number,it will automaticly place it behind the number
- will fix 2.3
